SHOW FEATURES
Hall layout
As previously mentioned, this year’s hall layout has been adapted to make your time at the exhibition more productive and increase the flow of visitors between the areas. Hall 1 will host the high end classic designs, Hall 2 will feature high end modern interior products and the Pavilion will host Design Interiors, a stunning area set to entice and inspire all who visit. The very latest offerings for the mid to volume market can now be found with Soft Furnishings, Furnishing Accessories in Hall 3, and mixed volume furniture in Halls 4 and 5. The Interiors Hub

Product previews

Birmingham City University - trends exhibition
Birmingham City University are looking for product images to include in their trends exhibition, featured alongside the seminar area in Hall 2. As an industry facing university, the University are seeking to collaborate with exhibitors to show how the products which you are featuring this season fit into Global Color’s 2009/2010 trends. The feature is a unique insight for visitors to the show to see how emerging trends are interpreted and for you to showcase your products.

Birmingham City University hosts party @ NEC...
On 19th January 2009 Birmingham City University will be hosting a party 6pm-8pm at Interiors Birmingham NEC, with guest speaker Michael Marriott, leading Product Designer, Jerwood Prize Winner and Curator.
Birmingham City University invites you and your guest to the launch of the Trend Pavilions where we will be presenting a provocative view of the 4 key trends of Opal, Roma, Contour and Punch for interiors Autumn 09/10, created by Global Color Research - Mix Publications and interpreted by Birmingham City University. Sensual, colourful, elaborate, stunning, vibrant, and dynamic: our Pavilions show an insight into the creative potential of our students. Drinks and canapés will be served throughout the evening, with musical accompaniment from students and alumni jazz musicians from Birmingham City University’s internationally renowned Conservatoire. BCU invite you to join them for an engaging networking experience!

Digital Press Packs
Time is now running short for you to submit your digital press packs to the Interiors Birmingham PR team, so please email yours to Lucy Cheeseman (lcheeseman@cmpi.biz) as soon as possible. Please note that these should not exceed 5 MB and the deadline for inclusion is 9th January. All press packs will then be uploaded onto a branded Interiors Birmingham USB stick and handed directly to over one hundred journalists due to attend the event.

Building your stand
If things are getting a little too hectic to build your own stand – contact Tony Crinion (tcrinion@cmpi.biz, 0207 921 8594) and opt for a Shell scheme package, this option will be available until the show.
The 2010 product categorisation
Response to the product categorisation programme for the 2010 show has been very positive. There will be a new rebooking system in place for this year, details to be announced prior to the show. This will give exhibitors the opportunity to secure their ideal stand for Interiors Birmingham 2010.
